Joe is the greatest yoga teacher I've ever had. I have been doing his class for over a year and the difference I find, not just in my body, but also in my mind has been incredible. There's just something about his teaching methods. It's something intangible. There's an energy there. This non judgemental, calming, encouraging, supportive energy. He creates a relaxed environment with his mere presence that goes along side his well articulated directions that let you leave your problems at the door, step into your body and just be present with whatever is going on for an hour or so. I always leave feeling clear headed and centered, and my body feels rejuvenated and realigned.
Working as a pro wrestler, I consistently have various niggles and I have found nothing better to iron them out than joes class. I always make sure to tell him what's hurting that day and he is amazing at making alterations to my practice and making modifications to various poses. This has been the single greatest benefit I have found from a health standpoint in assisting my career.
Clearly, he is a walking advertisement for the effectiveness of his practice. Flexible, Agile, limber, centered, soothing. An overall wonderful lad!
If you only take one yoga class in your life, take Joes. I rave about him to friends and colleagues, and anyone I have brought with me has been thoroughly impressed and thoroughly hooked.

Joe is a wonderful person and a serious fitness professional. I have been to many of his yoga and Pilates classes over the last 5 years and he was also my personal trainer. As a fitness instructor Joe is fun, engaging and keeps the energy light while challenging you. As a personal trainer, Joe always keeps things fresh and interesting so I never got bored. I felt the strongest I've ever been after training with Joe. He also really pays attention to watching your form so he can help you make any adjustments that make the exercise more comfortable or effective. Overall, Joe is a fantastic trainer/teacher and I would recommend him to anyone that wants a guide on their path to fitness and well-being.

Pacini's yoga teaching is down right awesome. Every time I practice with the instructor I learn new moves and feel uplifted. After practicing with Joseph Pacini, I have found my heart to be uplifted and my strength harnessed. Not only do I feel more flexible and strong because of it, I also find my true self and an actualization of best I can be.

I began yoga as a dancer, with no previous knowledge of what the yoga world held. As a former athlete, I was accustomed to mastering technique and comparing my form against others as a measure of my performance. Thankfully, Joe Pacini was my first yoga instructor. He taught love and acceptance within movement. I took private lessons to better learn the technique and breathing associated with standard yoga poses, such as chaturanga, down-dog, crescent lunge and warrior pose. It took many years for it to click – “it” being love, forgiveness and acceptance within movement that is void of judgment and criticism. Every session with Joe reveals another layer of compassion and for this I’m eternally grateful! I also participate in Joe’s Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) board yoga, and I highly encourage you to take on this new challenge – there’s nothing like seeing the sky and feeling the breeze in down dog!

I have been working with my man Joe for couple of years for two reasons. First Joe brings a type of positive energy that you can feed off of. Total positivity and I dig that. Secondly, Joe gets you results. I have always been one to have lingering lower back issues in the past but once I started to work with Joe on a consistent basis it became a thing in the past. Give him a go and I promise that you won't be disappointed. He makes everyone feel welcomed, regardless of your fitness level, and his classes will challenge you. Joe is cream of the crop and doesn't just talk about it...he lives it.

Joe is the ideal yoga teacher who shares his knowledge and love with his students freely. Through his gentle yet firm direction, he inspires me to step outside of my comfort zone and explore what I had previously considered beyond my reach. Whether you are a novice or an advanced student, I recommend Joe to anyone who is looking for excellent yoga instruction!

"Few have been as applauded as my dear friend and brother Joe Pacini. The Excellence consistently delivered from him in the realms of soil / garden architecture have added unexplainable value to my life. I've also been honored to have Joe work with me personally on the structure, flexibility and longevity of my body through yoga and Joe's other proprietary fitness / longevity systems. Rare is the man who can balance Mastery with the co-creation of separate skills in which they are BEST in the world at doing. Joe is one of those people. I give him highest of endorsements."

Two years ago, I met Joe as my yoga instructor. I had taken yoga off and on for several years, but it wasn't until Joe's class that I began to fall in love with yoga. His classes are fun and challenging, but the best part of all is his heart. He comes to class with a warm spirit and a big smile, setting everyone at ease. Inspired by Joe, I soon began teaching yoga classes. I now teach at a Good Karma Yoga Studio in Georgia where I can see Joe's influence every day. I will always be grateful for the gift of yoga he gave me.
