This amphibious fitness regiment takes people through circuit training on land and on water. Classes are 1 hour.
Our small group ( 6 slots per class ) fitness programming sets each person up for success.
Increased strength, endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular stamina, agility, balance, coordination and paddle board control are a few byproducts of taking on this regiment. Not to mention it is really free-king fun!
We supply the fitness equipment, boards, paddles, fresh daily workouts and coaching. You supply your Stoke.
